Hummm to aaj kya khaya aapne apne Break fast mein-stuffed parathe,poori kachori,chhole bhatoore,nahin to samosa khaya hoga ya maggi.To ye to ho gaya kuch logon ka menu par kuch log to diet pe hain jo subha ka nashta karte hi nahin ya karte hain to sirf biscuit and tea sugarfree and fat free. Right? Wrong-Sabse pehle to first category ko main bata doon ki kabhi kabhi aap fried ya deep fried kha sakte hain kabhi kabhi matlab once in a month or twice par aksar is tarhan ki diet agar aapka lifestyle hai to satark ho jaayein.Kabhi bacchon ya ghar mein aaye mehmaano ka bahana bana kar apna waist na badaaye.Ab aap janab kahaenge ki main to patla ya patli hoon bahaut kitna bhi khaaoon kuch body par asar nahin karta.So i can have anything anytime but this a wrong attitude.agar aap bahaut slim aur weak hain to bhi unnecessary is tarhan ki diet apko aur beemariyon ki daawat de sakti hai to aise mein aap dieting na karein par healthy diet apnaye like include sum protein-milk,daals etc.agar milk se apko problem hai to milk ki koi bhi form ka intake karein jaise ki curd ya lassi ya ghar par bane shakes ya dhoodh ki bani kheer etc.Green vegetables zaroor lein aur exercise,gym,walk ya sports jaisi activity karte rahein agar kuch logon ki tarhan aapke mann ki bhi yehi galat dharna bani huyi hai that we r already so slim we need not to do any physical activity kyuki "bhaya aur patla thodi hona hai" :).to is baat ko dimaag se nikaal dein.Apki koi bhi physical activity apko chust-durust banati hai apka weight maintain rahega jab tak diet maintain hai no worry u will not get over slim with physical activity.Par agar weakness badti ja rahi hai aur is tarhan ki normal diet kargar nahin hai to doctor se consult zaroor karein ho sakta hai ki harmonal imbalance ya kisi aur wajah se apka weight kam hota ja raha ho.Ya ideal weight se bahaut kam ho.Market mein aaye pills ya protein diet apne bootey par na lekar pehle doctor se prescribe kara lein.
Aise hi jinka khaya piya kahan body mein gayab ho jaata hai pata nahin chalta waale logon ko dekhkar aksar kuch log zada hi khaate hain aur galat hi sochte hain ki uski body par to yar koi asar nahin hota to hum bhi kha lete hain.Yehi hota hai na office mein kisi colleague ko dekhkar ya apko aaj apne school ke kisi classmate ka dhyan aaya hoga ya pados wali manju aunty har kitty party mein plate bhar ke khati hain par dekhiye kitni slim hain.Arey to kya sharmana thoda aur liijiye.To friends ye bhi ek category hai Influential people ki.To agar aap bhi is category mein fall karte hain to be careful.Har kisi ki maansik -shareerik kshamta alag hoti hai,weight badne ya girne ke causes bhi alag alag.Simple jaise hum kehte hain kisi ki body ko lagta hai to kisi ko nahin.For eg-kuch logon ko tension mein zada khaane ki aadat hoti hai aur unka weight gain hota hai.Par kuch ka tension mein weight loss hota hai.Isliye kabhi bhi Copy ya compare na karein.
Dhyan rahe agar apka koi medical treatment chal raha hai ya koi health problem hai to apne doctor ki salaah se hi diet ya exercise ka step lein aur in baaton ko tabhi follow karein anyatha nahin.
